The detached house has a total
area of 90 square meters, consisting of two separate apartments
on the ground floor and first floor.
Both apartments have a kitchen equipped with
dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer and microwave. In
the upper apartment of three rooms 5 persons can be accommodated,
in the bottom two rooms 4 people, possibly even more (extra
bed). Both apartments have bathrooms with shower or bath with
shower. Television is available in both apartments. A washing
machine is available. The ground floor apartment has a large
covered terrace.
The house was built in 1925 and renovated
in recent years, complex and extensive, largely with organic
materials.The furniture is mostly made of solid wood.
The house is strictly
non-smoking. Pets can be accommodated by arrangement.

There is also the possibility to rent the apartments separately after arrangement. |
All prices include electricity, water, TV, washing
machine. The rooms are cleaned by the guest.
